COVID-19 | Statement for our Customers

Dear valued customer,

As you know, this has been a stressful time for Houston as the impact of COVID-19 continues to evolve. At Katy Nissan, we value each employee, customer and vendor. This means keeping everyone who enters our dealership safe and making this our #1 priority.

Rest assured, that we have taken all of the necessary steps to protect our dealership environment. These include:

  • Cleaning and disinfecting frequently touched objects and high traffic areas
  • Implementing a no hand-shake policy
  • Monitoring the health of our employees. Anyone with a fever or flu-like symptoms are not allowed in the building
  • All service and appraisal employees must wear gloves when inside your vehicle
  • Steering wheel covers will be used during service

We understand that you still may have concerns about entering our dealership, but don’t want to miss out on our great deals. Because of this, we are making it easier for you to shop from the comfort of your own home by allowing you to:

  • Test drive from home
  • Finance your vehicle online or over the phone
  • Speak with an associate on the phone to discuss vehicle options and paperwork
  • Receive a video walk-through of your vehicle before delivery
  • We will deliver your vehicle to your doorstep
  • Paperwork will be signed upon delivery
