Why do we get up every day morning and go to work here at Katy Nissan? We do it to change the perception of the car business. We do it to provide employees and customers with a trusting and caring environment. We do it to create a place for the community. There are so many Why’s. I had dinner with some folks last night and one guy said: “I love the car business it’s in my blood.” It really made me think “I love the people.” The business is the conduit to the people, I don’t love the business but the people I meet and get to work with. Customers need as much assurance/affirmation about the dealership they are buying from as they do the vehicle they are buying.
